Training

It is estimated that as little as 15% of learning from a more traditional directive style classroom approach is translated into change in the workplace. Our Training Facilitators focus on both providing know how and the use of experiential techniques and eliciting the solution from the group itself. Facilitated training ensures a higher degree of team and individual input, and long-term ownership and accountability of the end solution. It does not lead the group, nor does it try to distract or to entertain.

Our Master Facilitators are selected from the very best, with extensive experience to be both dynamic at the front of the room, or as consultants and highly competent in their own right as communication skills experts. They are expert in:

ALT (Accelerated Learning Technology)

As you encounter our programs, you will notice that we draw from a range of disciplines including the study of habit formation and behavioural change, the business relationship to human brain function (in the formation of habits and behaviours), theories of human attention and motivation, and a whole raft of organisational communication processes that incorporate the psychology and behaviours of optimal performance.

ALT is used with the expectation that all learners can reach a level of achievement based on an understanding of how they learn as individuals, as well as what they ought to be learning.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programing)

This model of inter-personal communications is based on the study of language, communication and change. In using NLP with your people, they will receive assistance and guidance in reframing resourceful thinking when communication is indistinct or over generalised. The intent of our use of NLP is to increase the flexibility in communication so that an individual experiences more choice, satisfaction, and success in life and in the workplace.

Experiential Learning Techniques

This is a process of training and learning through action. It is a philosophy and methodology in which our educators, purposefully engage with learners in direct experience and a highly focused debrief in order to increase knowledge, develop skills and clarify values that are important to both the individual and the business.

Education & Organisational Psychology

This is the study of how humans learn, the effectiveness of educational interventions, and the psychology of teaching in the workplace with the aim of making people and whole organisations perform at their optimum.
