The Challenge

When we first began with Synergy, they had recently become a new entity with the split from Western Power.  The entire team moved locations and needed some new training solutions to fit the new organisation.  The call centre was being restructured and the Call Centre Manger wanted a strong call structure to be implemented – along with some great Emotional Intelligence work to give the team support, encouragement and to ensure morale was high.

Our Solution

We implemented multiple programs including:

  • a comprehensive communication program for all existing staff – to be delivered in modules across time.
  • An induction program for all new staff – to be delivered in a condensed format (2 days).
  • A Peak Performance Coaching Program for leaders – to ensure they had the necessary skills to maintain a culture of continuous improvement

The Result

  • We have trained hundreds of staff across the 9 years.
  • We have worked across multiple departments, and been continually asked to create further programs to assist in aspects of communication, growth, change and culture.
  • Our programs have always achieved a rating of Excellence in the Synergy environment – as evidenced by our continued relationship.
  • We were asked to create ongoing support modules for Synergy staff to continue the learning and engagement processes.
